Privacy Policy

ReadyCare Systems, LLC. Draft version, not yet effective.

1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how ReadyCare Systems, LLC handles information collected through this public website (readycare.net) and the "Get Started" contact form. It does not govern client/patient data (Protected Health Information) entered by an onboarded agency into the ReadyCare Systems application itself (that is governed by each agency's own signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA, not this page). See our Terms of Service for that distinction.

2. Information we collect

  • "Get Started" form submissions: agency name, your name, email, and anything else you choose to enter (phone, staff count, services provided, a free-text message, which plan you're interested in). This is a real, honest list — the form does not collect more than what it visibly asks for.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking cookies exist on this website today.

3. How we use it

Information submitted through the "Get Started" form is used solely to follow up with you about onboarding your agency — reviewed personally, not processed by an automated system that provisions an account or charges a payment method. We do not sell your information, and do not share it with third parties except a service provider strictly necessary to operate this website or respond to you (e.g., our email provider).

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (the same infrastructure the ReadyCare Systems application itself runs on), access-restricted to ReadyCare Systems, LLC's own platform administrator. See our Roadmap page for the real, current state of our backup/disaster-recovery practices, which apply to this data too.

5. How long we keep it

7. Children's privacy

This website's "Get Started" form is intended for agency representatives, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
