Your agency's data is automatically replicated across multiple physical data centers, backed up daily and weekly with independent retention windows, and protected by point-in-time recovery for precise correction of a recent issue. Client records and clinical submissions can never be deleted through the app itself. Records are retired, never removed.
App Lock Active
A quick-unlock PIN, with Face ID or fingerprint support where a device offers it, layered on top of regular sign-in, so a shared workstation or an unattended phone doesn't leave client information sitting open. Locks automatically after a short idle period or when the app closes, plus a manual "Lock now," and signs out entirely after repeated wrong attempts. Each staff member turns it on in My Profile today; agency-wide enforcement is on the roadmap.
Care shouldn't get lost in translation
Families who don't speak English fluently are used to being handed a form they can't read and a login screen they can't navigate. We think that's backwards. ReadyCare ships in Spanish at launch, with Somali, Nepali, and Arabic (the languages spoken in the communities Ohio agencies actually serve) following right behind, right-to-left layouts included. And if a client speaks a language we haven't built yet, your agency can request it when you sign up. Most platforms will never do this. We're starting with it.

Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (Ohio DODD)-funded provider agencies are a supported-domain roadmap addition. No DODD screening or form is implemented today; see the structured form-domain catalog in js/dodd-catalog.js and docs/dodd-support-roadmap.md.
Security & honest product boundaries
We would rather tell you what ReadyCare Systems doesn't do yet than overclaim.
- There's no such thing as "HIPAA certification" to claim. No government body issues one, for us or anyone. What's real: agency data is isolated and enforced server-side, never just hidden in the interface; every access is audit-logged; sessions time out automatically. A signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required, and available, before any agency enters real client data.
- ReadyCare Systems is not a full replacement for a certified EMR platform, and does not connect to one. A live EMR integration is not built. What is live right now: creating and managing your client roster, clinical notes, and 44+ structured clinical forms, all saved and retrievable per client.
- Billing/claims, a scheduling calendar, and reporting/analytics are not implemented. See the roadmap above.
- Your data's security doesn't depend on hiding our code. Every read and write is checked server-side against your identity and your agency. That's the same model virtually every modern web app relies on, not something a browser's "View Source" can bypass.
- Controlled testing must use fake/demo data only. No real client names, dates of birth, diagnoses, or other PHI.
